Experience:
*Management, 3 years or more
* POS knowledge
* Wine and spirits (basic knowledge)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
*participate in developing standards of operations
* Hires new staff for front of the house and develops training manuals
Daily:
* Review daily reporting, including sales, average guest count, payroll, key item sales, guest check average and effectively communicate to the team all pertinent information and recommends and implements action plans
* Oversee and ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence; log and handle any concerns or comment with timely follow-up
* Internal contact for health inspections at the front of the house
* maintain engagement and build customer relationships and brand affinity
Weekly:
*Prepare weekly P&L and attend one on one meeting with Chef/partner
* Chair weekly management meeting, set goals and follow up on action plans
* Conduct half an hour one on one meeting with management team
* Maintain budget, maintain weekly forecasts
* Liquor and supplies ordering
Monthly:
* Prepare P&L and attend monthly meeting with head of operations
* Complete reviews and conduct monthly progress update with all brand associates
* Take inventory of goods
Quarterly :
* Prepares for management strategy meeting
* Leadership training
Annual:
* Participates in the annual budget process
