Since 2005, Timber Restoration Services have been building and restoring timber structures in the USA, Canada, and Australia. We have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to work out of our Dundurn, Saskatchewan office.
Duties
Search for bids and tenders, completing bids for submission
Obtain quotes for supplies and find vendors for work projects
Manage project-related paperwork
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Inventory control for warehouse and tool supplies
Project costing and budget work
Support the General Manager with administrative tasks
Requirements
MS Office and Excel experience
Google Drive experience, Google Sheets
Accounting experience is an asset
Must have excellent communication skills
Consistently meet deadlines and handle competing requests
Ability to deal with high-stress situations as they arise
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Required Qualifications
Must have minimum three years experience
Must have Construction Industry experience
Must have a valid passport or the ability to obtain one
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Tender writing and submittal experience is an asset
