Reporting to the STM Executive Chef and Manager of Choices, the Cook/Cashier follows the policies, procedures, and food safety regulations under moderate supervision. Workload may vary, depending upon customer demand and additional food services and catering events. Peak service demand times are frequent. The position of Cook/Cashier primarily performs tasks related to the preparation, delivery and sale of food and food services.
