Job Description: The incumbent will provide Psychology Services delivered through a combination of direct service, consultation, community resource development and education. The Psychologist complements existing staff that provide services to children, youth, adults and their families.
Required Qualifications

Valid drivers license or the ability to travel both within the Region and Provincially
Masters Degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Educational Psychology
Current registration with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists
Must have a current practicing registration with Sask. College of Psychologists with an Authorized Practice Endorsement
Experience
Experience in providing psychological assessments is an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to conduct client assessments and engage in effective treatment planning
Understanding of clinical theory, best practice, and experience in working with adult and/or child and youth mental health populations
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Ability to facilitate educational and skill development groups.
A demonstrated ability to meet and work with clients, utilizing sound judgment, tact, initiative and high standards of integrity and responsibility
Ability to collect, record and report comprehensive client information accurately in verbal, written and electronic formats in accordance with professional standards and guidelines
Proficient in computer software (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Ability to develop educational resources and presentations
