Member Service Representative I (Casual) - Archerwill and Rose Valley Branches

We're looking for an attentive Member Service Representative with great communication skills to join our member service team at the Archerwill and Rose Valley branches of Cornerstone Credit Union.

As a Member Service Representative I, it will be your job to provide a range of routine cash and non-cash products and services to our new and existing members' in a friendly, genuine way!

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Services, the Member Service Representative I processes member transactions, delivers member information, promotes credit union deposit services and makes referrals.

This position is a casual position, so the available hours will vary.

What we are looking for . . . . .

To be considered for our Member Service Representative I position, you must have Grade 12 along with post-secondary education being preferred, and related customer service experience.

If you already know about the features and benefits of credit union products and services 'that's an extra bonus!

You must be able to recognize cross selling opportunities, make or refer sales, handle cash properly and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
