Description

Qualification and experience
+2 years experience in HR within a fast paced office environment
Education/ or experience in recruitment /talent acquisition
Proficiency in MS office  word, excel, ppt. and outlook
Experience of working on various job portals, social medial platforms and ATS System
Strong organization skills
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Diploma/Post Graduate in HR or Admin / MBA
Good data analytics and data management
Team management experience
Time flexibility
Preferably from Immigration and recruitment industry
Job Responsibilities
Build a pipeline of strong, diverse candidates across different roles in various industries namely food and restaurant, hospitality, recruitment and staffing, meat industry, IT, beauty and wellness, automotive, education, farm etc.
Work in collaboration with business development team to cater to the hiring needs by determining a strategic approach and bring an innovative solution
Liaison with recruiters/agents to source candidates across the globe
Participate in and support all aspects of the recruitment process
Participate in employer branding and managing social media platforms
Hiring, onboarding and inducting new employees for GreenTech
Managing a team of recruitment coordinators and administrative staff
Prepare corporate correspondence, agreements and presentations to represent the organisation at various platform
Reach out /create relationships with prospective employers to understand their interviews.
Screen and conduct interviews for selecting candidates
Manage and prepare database reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Manage departmental budget and ensure consistency
Designing and implementing recruitment campaigns
Preparing Newsletters/correspondence for business collaboration
