Forecast sales for upcoming months & quarters.
Ensure sales staff understand & follow dealership policies & procedures.
Step in to answer customer questions & concerns when required.
Appraise vehicles with live market data.
Ordering new vehicle data.
Create purchase orders & track used inventory through the reconditioning process.
Oversee the efforts of Sales staff to enhance gross & F&I penetration.
Work with staff to enhance the image & customer satisfaction of the Dealership.
Coordinate & lead all regular sales meetings.
Manage a CRM platform to retain customers & seek out
new prospective sales.
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of customers.
Help Sales staff close deals when necessary.
Process staff commission sheets & monitor payroll records of Sales staff.
