Brandt Agricultural Products is currently seeking an Area Manager of Product Support for our Western Canadian region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Dealer Development work with Dealers Service and Parts personnel to improve their experience with Brandt
Work with Dealers to ensure appropriate parts inventories are on hand to achieve over-the-counter parts fill metrics, especially during planting and harvesting seasons
Inspect warrantable parts held at the dealership branches to confirm failure mode to verify claim
Co-ordinate dealer service training
Act as a liaison between Dealer, Customer, and company to ensure a seamless relationship
Work with Dealers to resolve service issues that may arise on Brandt products
Make recommendations and work with Platform leads and Quality/Operations on resolution
Continue to investigate field issues until resolution is found
Monitor customer/dealer satisfaction upon resolution
Travel requirement up to 70% on an as needed basis
Assist the Service team in development of training materials.
Required Skills:
Engineering, Marketing, Ag Science, or Business University Degree
Farm background or experience with Agriculture Equipment
Analytical and Problem solving skill set
Valid drivers license
Strong leadership qualities
High level of customer focus
Excellent communications and organizational skills
Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
