Multiple Program Worker - Casual, Part-time - MULTI01436-00002

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Location: Multiple Programs - Corman Park/Martensville area                      
Position: Casual          
Closing Date: July 31, 2021

The Multiple Program Worker is located in Martensville area and provides care and support to vulnerable persons with complex needs, behavioural issues, developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or other related issues.  The Multiple Program Worker is actively engaged and fully participates in all aspects of the children, youth, and/or adults residential experience, providing care, support, and role modelling.  The Multiple Program Worker works to provide the participants with a safe, nurturing, predictable, and structured living environment.  

Candidates should also note that Ranch Ehrlo's treatment environment can present complex challenges.  This includes interaction with a participant that may have:
extensive histories of violence and violent crime(s),

Education and Professional Certification
  Completion of a high school diploma.

Experience
One (1) year of experience working with children, youth, and/or adults with behavioural, cognitive, mental health, and/or developmental challenges.

Skills and Characteristics
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Services
Provide relief care and support to vulnerable persons with complex needs, behavioural issues, developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or other related issues.

Leadership
Display positive role modelling, agency values, and fairness.

Management of Resources
Submit receipts and reconcile expenses for unit manager approved expenditures.

Safety
  Maintain, promote, and reinforce safe work habits, practices, and procedures.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.99 to $22.02
