Grandma Lee's Coffee & Bakery is a busy cafeteria in market mall, Saskatoon, and it provides breakfast, coffee, lunch, and snack food.

We have many customers daily, and we are looking for a talented manager with joining us.

We need a person who is very friendly to the customers and enjoy interacting with customers.

Specifically, we are looking for a person to:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the cafeteria.
Managing other employees when the owner is not around
Implement daily operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Discover the customers needs and conduct some market search for the owner
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
