The Battlefords Housing Authority (TBHA) is hiring a full-time Financial Administrator to join their team. This position provides a broad range of accounting support services to the TBHA.
In this role, you will: maintain accuracy of all TBHA financial data and records, including accounts payable systems, payroll, various reports, year-end audits, etc.; ensure the accuracy of, and maintain all tenant data and records; and provide main reception support as required.
The right candidate will have a diploma or certificate in accounting,3 years' experience in the accounting field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven knowledge of accepted accounting principles and practices; expertise in Word, spreadhseets, databases and e-mail; superior attention to detail with a high level of accuracy; the ability to maintain confidentiality, work under pressure, and meet deadlines; and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships, this job is for you!
