Provide administrative support to general manager
Updating and computerized our client's files and records.
Places orders. Maintains our apparel and printing supplies and inventory, keeps track of the clothing inventory.
Keep track of order shipping. Make sure all items of Purchase order from supplier arrive on time.
Develop and manage staff's work schedule on a weekly basis.
Report and track staffs' attendance management
Answer phone. Respond to request for logo printing orders from customers. Schedule screen printing /embroidery time frame for orders
Maintain/update our website along with social media like Facebook and Instagram.
