VDC Virtual Data Corp. is currently looking for a Junior Support Technician whose responsibilities and qualifications will include, but not be limited to:

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Resolve client support issues remotely or onsite in a timely and professional manner
- Systematically identify, assess and analyze client support issues.
- Work with the Service Manager to plan and schedule installations and maintenance.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on client PC hardware and software
- Workstation assembly, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- At least 3 years of experience in setting up and configuring Windows Desktop OS
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Routers / Firewalls and various other network technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and with others
- Takes initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently

Education
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to be part of on-call rotation
- Must have valid class 5 driver's license
- Must have vehicle which can be used for service calls when needed
- Must provide criminal record check
