Job Description:
- Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
- Provide care and companionship for individuals in our care facilities;
- Provide care and companionship for the families of the individuals in our care facilities;
- Administer bedside and personal care to clients  aiding in ambulation, bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing/undressing;
- Plan and prepare meals and special diets, and feed or assist in feeding clients;
- May perform routine health-related duties such as changing non-sterile dressings, assisting in the administration of medications and collecting specimens under the general direction of home care agency supervisor or nurse;
- May perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry washing dishes and making beds;
- Follow operating policies and procedures;
