What youll do:
The Loss Prevention Officer will support the Risk Management Department to minimize the financial losses of Borderland Co-op through Asset Protection initiatives. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, investigating shop theft and other common crimes that might arise in the retail environment, training employees in asset protection best practices, auditing Asset Protection processes and reporting findings to the Compliance Manager.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Asset Protection and:
You have 3  5 years retail experience.
You hold a valid class 5 drivers license.
You hold a loss prevention designation or are willing to obtain it.
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
