Job Summary: The Parts and Service Advisor function is one of customer service, order and inventory management, and sales. The Parts and Service Advisor must excel at taking parts and accessory orders from internal, retail and wholesale customers, therefore increasing parts department sales.

Job Responsibilities:
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Enthusiasm & high energy
Excellent customer service skills
Must be confident
Ability to multi-task
Highly organized
Ability to answer retail parts inquiries being one of the main focuses (by phone and in person)

Key Qualifications:
Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers
Parts or Service Advisor experience
Computer literacy
Experience in motor sports retail is preferred
Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License upon employment

Additional Requirements:
The drive to succeed every day
Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry
Parts Technician Certificate or experience in a Service Advisor role is considered an asset
Previous dealership or automotive experience is considered an asset
