Our Client, a reputable non-profit organization, is seeking a motivated, results-driven Marketing & Communications Coordinator. If you enjoy being part of a dynamic work team committed to our community, this may be for you!
Responsibilities
- Support, develop and implement marketing and communication strategies, plans and materials, in line with the Management/Board of Directors goals and objectives.
- Prepare, update and post social media activities, edit images and create content designed for specific channels.
- Plan and support the leadership team with key initiatives, projects, campaigns and events.
- Ensure branding is consistent in image and logo use.
- Provide maintenance and content management of the website.
- Prepare and edit reports, the Annual Report, newsletters and correspondence.
- Serve as a strong role model in displaying the values of the organization. Build meaningful connections and encourage community members, volunteers and donors to participate/take action.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing and Communications is an asset.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in communications, marketing and social media. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a positive attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced not for profit team environment.
- Experience with web content management systems and web publishing, search engine optimization and Google Analytica, Facebook Insights and other analytics tools.
