Description

Saskatoon Motor Products is an AutoCanada dealership. The Executive Sales Assistant is someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to front-line customers in our sales department.

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients by exceeding their needs and expectations.
Answering incoming phone calls and directing them within the sales department.
Meet and greet clients arriving for sales appointments.
Complete customer files.
Clerical duties such as drafting emails, taking notes, and project management.
Assist with selling of vehicles.
Familiarize client with sales department personnel and sales areas.
Work closely with sales team to ensure client satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Experience in the Automotive industry is considered an asset.
Ability to meet physical demands such as light lifting and standing for long periods of time.
Valid drivers license.
Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent document creation, reviewing and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency related to business correspondence and communications.
Results-driven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful.
