Were looking for an individual with a passion for cars and people. As a part of our team, youll help us show Saskatoon we are the experts in the Quick Lube industry. From customer relations to inspiring staff, youll be responsible for bringing our business into a whole new light!

What you"ll do:

Build our team
Teach our team the skills they need to succeed and complete required tasks
Provide great customer service and develop relationships with our customers
Develop creative social channels to build our customer base
Help develop and maintain our brand standards
Act as a middleman between upper management and our team
Resolve any disputes between our team or our customers
Track individual employee performance
Conduct performance reviews
Track store performance
Maintain store cleanliness

What were looking for:

3+ years experience with automotive maintenance
Prior management experience
Great communication skills
Excellent customer service and leadership skills
A passion for helping others
The ability to multitask and change priorities quickly
Self-motivated and can easily delegate
Computer literacy
