Description

Caleb Village Melville is a 94 suite seniors independent living facility, offering residents 3 homecooked meals each day.
We're seeking a Head Cook/Supervisor to lead our Kitchen team.

Duties Include:
-prepare quality, nutritious meal menus
-preparation of quality meals & baking
-oversee, assist with the service of food
-monitor and maintain inventory
-online ordering with suppliers
-assist in orientation and training of new staff
-clean, sanitize cooking areas and kitchen equipment
-perform other duties as required

This position has the opportunity to work/train with our current Head Cook until the end of September.
Short term living accommodation may be available.
