We are currently seeking Training Coordinator to join our team at our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager the Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the training and development activities for the manufacturing site meet the business needs. They will be responsible for the administration, creation and delivery of training to different levels of the organization.


Qualifications:

-Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, Management, Adult Education or related field.
-The ability and/or experience in finding creative solutions to problems.
-A high level of drive and energy to meet individual and group goals.
-Ability to maintain this level of energy during periods of higher than normal workload.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments, key business partners, and other stakeholders.
-A strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
-Experience in the development or delivering of training to include direct knowledge of different training methodologies, training needs assessment, and training material creation, all would be an asset
-Experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement environments would be considered an asset.
