Employment Opportunity:
The Town of Watson is seeking a full time Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include:
1. General Management of McNab Regional Park including the swimming pool, campground, golf course, and all associated property. The Facilities Manager will report to McNab Regional Park Board with all financial records, events and planning.
2. General Management of Watson & District Arena including scheduling the use age of the facility; rentals, arena operations, kitchen operations; handling cash deposits. The Facilities Manager will report to the Watson Arena Board with all financial records, events, and planning.
3. Grant Writing; finding, writing and submitting grant applications for various sport, culture and recreation groups and associated Town of Watson Facilities. Ongoing communication with these groups to discuss and address grant funding and programming needs.
4. Ensure Community Facilities are well maintained and in good repair, and report any issues to the CAO.
5. Track attendance and use of community facilities.
