Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a General Manager in Saskatoon


The General Manager of Health Fitness Aquatics (HFA) is a member of the senior leadership team.


This role provides high level strategic direction and day to day leadership to all aspects of companys operations, ensuring quality programs and services for all members, participants, and community.


This robust leadership roles primarily responsibilities include formulating overall strategies to achieve the associations balanced score card initiatives as well as manages people, establishes policies, evaluates operations, service excellence, financial performance and all regulatory and compliance measures are in place.


The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and passionate leader with demonstrated experience and strong business acumen in financial management, health and fitness, program delivery, human resources processes, and recreation membership services.  



Responsibilities:
- Strong communication to ensure member, community, staff and program needs are identified and addressed consistently.
- Strategic direction achievement through appropriate membership KPIs and responds competitively to market data and insights.
- Collaboration and communication to lead, support crucial/critical conversations.




Requirements:
- Management experience in senior leadership, minimum 7-10 years.
- Combination of HFA industry related post-secondary education and experience, required.
- ActiveNet experience considered an asset.
