We are currently seeking Weld Trainer to join our team at our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant.

This position will maintain all related technical training programs and relative documentation with specific focus on welding areas at CNH Saskatoon.  

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for designing, conducting, and organizing various training programs, including welding, paint, and forklift training.  
-Assist in conducting internal quality audits.
-Responsible for maintaining and updating training records as required.
-Conduct all associated weld training and testing.
-Responsible for co-facilitating new employee orientation.
-Responsible for updating or revising standard operating procedures as required.


Qualifications:
-Post-secondary weld training and/or CWB certification.
-Preference will be given to those with previous training experience.
-Able to work with minimal supervision.
-Strong organizational skills, extremely self-motivated, and able to work well in a team setting.
-Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
-Able to develop and deliver presentations.
