Can-Am Gymnastics located in Saskatoon Saskatchewan is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the part-time role of Office Administrator for one year.
Qualifications:
A Diploma or Degree in office administration, business administration or accounting from a recognized teaching institution.
Experience:
Process accounts payable; prepare invoices and maintain accounts receivable
Registration technologies (set up programs and assist members navigate the clubs online registration system)
Bookkeeping support
Payroll support
Grant/funding applications and follow up report support
Skills and Abilities:
This position will require flexibility, efficiency, and high degree of accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to interpret and process data from a computerized online registration system
Skill in communicating effectively with staff, membership and the public
Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing
The candidate will support the CEO with various tasks related to the operations such as ordering cleaning supplies, arranging building maintenance and purchase orders.
The candidate will support the CEO with organizing club events, meetings and gift purchases.
The candidate will assume responsibility for opening doors and managing some of the physical requirements of the offices and facility. The candidate will be available to work 3 days per week regular office hours for 24-32 hours per week. Wage will be based on skills and experience.
