Qualifications:

-    A related college degree is preferred.
-    Possesses strong customer service skills, understanding the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
-    Possesses strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
-    Possesses strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to client inquiries by using existing knowledge, skills and resources.
-    A minimum of 2 years work experience in customer service or sales related positions.
-    An attention to detail and an ability to prioritize, as well as excellent organizational skills is required.
-    Experience within MS Office Suite is required.
-    Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
-    Experience and knowledge with Essential Fatty Acids and the nutritional supplement market is preferred.
