Position and Responsibilities
Reporting to the chief engineer, reliability and a key member of the reliability team, you will support Camecos transition into a high reliability organization by performing asset maintenance strategy selection, root cause analysis, developing risk mitigation plans, minimizing asset life cycle cost, supporting the loss elimination process and performing preventive maintenance optimization, including the implementation into Bentley APM. Although this is a corporate office position, you will be required to travel to site as required.
This is a temporary one-year term position.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
Three to five years of progressive experience in the Reliability Engineering Field
Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
Familiarity with Reliability engineering principles such asl RCM, RCA, FMEA, FTA, RBD, CA and LCC
You must be eligible for registration with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS)
Assets:
Knowledge of SAP or Bentley AssetWise APM software
Familiarity with RCA, FMEA, RBD, FTA, MTA, RCM, PM, CA, Pd.M. or LCC
Strategic thinker with strong Analytical Skills
Continuous improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt)
Effective communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and technical writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with AWB Reliability Modelling Software
Knowledge of Weibull/Crow-AMSAA Analysis, System Modelling or Optimization of Asset Life Cycle decisions.
