Job Description:
Serhan Lands Ltd. is an 12,000 acre grain farm located near Hudson Bay, SK.  They are currently seeking two Farm Supervisors to join their growing operation.  Accommodation options are available to the successful candidates.  If you have 2 - 3 years of related experience in an agricultural setting and would like to be part of a great team, apply today.

Job Duties and Skills:
    Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
    Train and supervise general farm and harvest workers
    Maintain quality control and crop production records
    Conduct planting, cultivating, spraying and harvesting and post harvest operations
    Coordinate maintenance of farm machinery, equipment and buildings
    Establishing safety schedules for equipment and ensuring operational checks performed on equipment
    Ensuring bins and augers are logistically ready throughout the year for inventory movement
    Performing general farm duties as required
