The inaugural manager of the Prenatal Outreach Resource Team (PORT) will develop this new provincial service that will provide a single point of contact and coordination hub for pregnant women living or at risk of HIV/HCV. The manager will be recruiting, developing and supporting a new team of case workers who will partner with health, social services and supporting non profits to provide a wrap around service to address the gaps that currently exist and to ensure a coordination of all services. This case management team has the long term impact on women, babies and families of avoiding apprehension at birth and ensuring the necessary supports are in place to parent successfully. This service will be launched in Saskatoon, followed by PA and Regina (2023). The manager will be responsive to the communities served. An innovator, bridge builder, creative problem solver will love this role. Recruiting, coaching & evaluating the team, the manager will lead the team and its many stakeholders.
