The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative and clerical functions for the organization, including reception, filing and some accounting functions.
Key responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining records of all office and program supplies and equipment, supporting program managers with communications and public relations activities. The Administrative assistant will attend and maintain Board meetings and maintain meeting minutes. Review and maintenance of policy manuals and handling of confidential information and documents in support of the the NSN Board and Executive Director.
Skills: Knowledge in payroll and bookkeeping an asset. Completion of an office administration certificate preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.
Requirements:A valid Saskatchewan Driver's license, Criminal Record check with vulnerable sector
