We are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Weyburn.


The Role:

-Lead a team of Account Managers. You will communicate clear objectives, observe performance, and coach your team to success.
-Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets.
-Review CRM activity and identify opportunities for growth
-Hire and train new Account Managers when needed
-You will also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs.
-Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
