We're currently looking for a Shop Foreman at our Swift Current location who is a fun, friendly, energetic individual and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Parts & Service Manager, the successful candidate will be a hands-on Foreman that leads, mentors, and works beside the technicians in our shop.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Oversee all service technicians
* Ensure cleanliness of shop
* Monitor technicians on the performance of their duties
* Assist technicians in mechanical diagnosis and in their performance as needed
* Assist with scheduling and assigning jobs
* Supervise work being performed
* Order everyday supplies and tools as necessary
* Work with warranty department on making warranty decisions
* Perform work on units as needed

Ideally, you have previous shop experience, preferably within the Heavy-Duty Truck/Trailer industry. Youll certainly be a great communicator with a strong Customer Service track record in order to keep up with our level of Customer Service standards, exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, and holding a valid 1A or 3A license in your pocket is certainly an added bonus!

Interested? If yes, then we want to hear from you! Please send us a resume along with a cover letter detailing your experience and why you are a fit for this Career opportunity.

To apply you must be legally entitled to work in Canada, as the employer does not have a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) that would support a foreign worker.

In advance, we thank all those applicants who submit a resume; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
