Amy McClure House is interviewing for a casual DLA position.
Amy McClure House is looking for a casual DLA (Daily Living Assistant). You must be able to work all shifts (D-7amto 3pm) (E-3pm to 11pm) (N-11pm to 7am) (HK-8am to 4pm).
-Must be able to provide a current criminal record check (date to be within 3 months).
-Must complete or have a medication module to start.
-Must have or be able to attain a personal care course within 3 months of start date.
-Must have or be able to attain a first aid/CPR course within 3 months of start date.
-Must have or be able to attain a whmis course within 3 months of start date.
Job Description:
-Job task planning and organizing.
-Critical thinking.
-Problem solving.
-Working with others.
-Oral communication.
-Reading Residents care plans and following direction.
-Writing and documentation of Residents.
-Administer medications.
-On the job training/ learning for all duties.
