The Persons Living With A.I.D.S Network of Saskatchewan Inc. (PLWA Network)
Open call for Seamstress by local Indigenous persons of First Nations or Metis descent.
The PLWA Network is a non-profit, charitable, community-based Indigenous organization serving the City of Saskatoon and the Province of Saskatchewan, by providing services for those infected or affected by HIV (the virus that causes A.I.D.S).
We are seeking to hire a Seamstress to work with the PLWA Network team to work with clients who utilize the services of the PLWA Network Indigenous to teach and design Aboriginal and or ribbon shirts and skirts. The ribbon shirts and skirts will be formal wear for events pertaining to AIDS awareness by the clients who are committed to positive change through the Niiyanaan Pimatishihk (Our Lives) Centre at the PLWA Network in the City of Saskatoon. Please submit your design portfolio of choice for review by July 26th, 2021.
