Description

Applicants MUST have computer skills and experience with Quick Books accounting program, as well as basic accounting knowledge and experience. Good working knowledge of all Microsoft office Programs is required.

The successful candidate must be trustworthy, have good customer service skills, and be able to multi task.

Duties Include but are not limited to;
Answering all incoming calls and taking messages when required
Helping with daily sales when we are busy
Keeping inventory of all boats/motors/trailers in stock
Creating all sales packages for new and used boats, motors, and trailer sales
Warranty registering all new boat, motor and trailer sales
Balancing the till, Month End and reconciling the bank statements each month
Remittance of all GST, PST and Corporation tax
Payroll, T4's, ROE's and WCB
Inputting and all invoices into Quick Books and remitting payments
Keeping general ledger up to date and accurate
Website maintenance / Facebook management
Importation Declarations
Maintaining Group Benefit Account & Claims
Inventory and Year End Prep for Accountant
Tracking financed inventory in US and CAD funds
Bank Deposits/ Errands
Creating Price Labels, and other documents
Completing applications for Pleasure Craft Licenses (registration numbers)
Other tasks as assigned
