We're looking for someone:
- with sales, marketing and/or social media experience
- that is passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- that possess engaging phone skills as well as interpersonal and communication strengths
- that wants to be an integral part of the sales team that drives the growth of our association.
Job Duties:
- Support the Member Services Coordinator in the execution of Sales & Marketing Plan and provide administrative assistance in making new sales
- Manage social media platforms and content creation
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials and collateral
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events and sponsorships
- Attend events such as golf tournaments, tradeshows, networking events as needed
- Research and collect information on potential sales prospects
- Maintain customer database and regularly ensure accuracy
- Preparing monthly sales reports
- Make phone calls to customers and schedule meetings
- Prepare quotes for customers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to be creative in developing advertisements/marketing
- Must be flexible, professional, and personable
- Must have drivers license and ability to travel
Merit offers a competitive compensation package that includes group benefits and a RRSP matching program. Salary will depend on skills and experience. 25-30 hours per week.
