Description

Culligan Water is an award winning, family owned business that offers bottled water, ice, coffee and a full line of water treatment products for every problem for both residential and commercial locations.

We want you to join our team at our Lloydminster location as a full-time temporary Customer Service Representative!

This is a maternity coverage position so it will be a year or so. There may be a chance to transfer to a different, permanent position afterwards.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to our customers and our sales, delivery and service teams.

Responsibilities:
Run our store and keep it clean
Assist customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner
Direct phone calls to the correct department
Set up deliveries
Process new contracts and create customer accounts
Print and distribute service work orders and route tickets, close work orders, and bill out once completed
Promote and up-sell products and services to new and current customers
Perform all routing duties including: making tickets for deliveries, printing routes, data entry when drivers return, enter and reconcile payments collected, and other data entry tasks
Forward missing or outstanding invoices as requested
Handle money, run the cash register and debit machine, balance cash, prepare bank deposit, UEI payment transactions, reconcile and balance receipts, payment batches, cash, cheques, etc.

Outgoing personality and a desire to be part of a team and help customers
Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills
Previous customer service experience is an asset
