Agriterra Equipment is one of North Americas largest AGCO agricultural equipment dealers with 12 locations. We provide our customers with new and used equipment, complimented with product support through our parts and service departments. Our brands include, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Cub Cadet and more.

Our Weyburn location is currently accepting resumes for an Agricultural Service Manager/Shop Foreman Position.

Job Duties:

Develop, communicate, and monitor Service Department to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to technicians in according to their skills and knowledge
Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing
Ensures all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order
Assist customer clinics, field days, and related promotional events
Submit service warranty claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit
Service Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organizations financial and operational objectives
Develop and execute Service Department marketing plan and view regularly to ensure achievement of departmental goals
