We are looking for a Trainer to teach, coach, and inspire cohorts of new sales professionals and aid in increasing the overall company knowledge of selling Vendasta.
Responsibilities:
Lead & facilitate -
Facilitate personal/group coaching sessions to master best sales practices required to thrive at Vendasta
Increase knowledge of Vendasta sales methodology and platform operations across organization through workshops and other learning offerings
Train new & existing sales professionals -
Develop and deliver a world-class induction training experience for all new hires
Coordinate and manage each 4-5 week induction training period with all stakeholders and contributors
Work with sales leaders/managers and subject matter experts to build and implement a world-class sales training program that addresses gaps in knowledge, skills, and behaviours of our salesforce
Solicit feedback and collaborate with sales managers and directors to ensure training materials are up to date and relevant
Evaluate employees performance after each training design & implement individual coaching plan if needed
Elevate training experience using gamification, role-playing activities, job simulation, etc.
Collaborate with other leaders in Vendasta (e.g. Marketing, Success On-Demand, R&D) to ensure seamless communication and roll-out of strategic projects
Skills & Requirements:
2+ years of experience working in a successful sales development role, prospecting and/or marketing role
Experience of induction and onboarding new hires with a focus on sales including training and development
Experience in building and facilitating training programs
Demonstrates a proactive and hands-on approach to solving problems
Scaling experience (e.g. rapid team growth) as an individual contributor or leader
Experience in training rapidly expanding and evolving sales organizations
Experience in SaaS
