Degelman Industries LP is looking for two (2) individuals to join our team as General Labourers.  If you are looking for a career in manufacturing, then join a vibrant growing company in the agricultural manufacturing industry. Degelman Industries designs and manufactures equipment known for quality and respected by farmers for over 56 years. Candidates will be required to perform tasks involving physical labor as well as operate a variety of hand and power tools. Responsibilities will include the assembly of products using bolts, screws, clips, soldering tools, and assorted fasteners. Other responsibilities will be the efficient production of products according to established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of agricultural equipment, operating farm equipment, previous assembly environment, good communication skills and mechanically inclined.
Degelman Industries offers an hour rate between $18.68 to $22.30 and a group benefits package including deferred profit sharing plan.
