To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Parts Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Kyle, SK. The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Pattison Ag parts team.

Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
Customer focused product support
Parts sales efficiency
Departmental profitability, and overall department performance
Market, plan and initiate all parts department functions
Assist with the attraction, retention, and effective engagement of department personnel.
Requirements

This would be an ideal position if you have:
A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Parts Department operations, experience leading and developing others, and exemplary customer service skills, we want to meet you!
This would be an ideal opportunity for those currently holding Parts Manager positions, or senior Parts Technicians who are looking to guide significant growth and development of a department.
Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset.
