Job Summary
Reporting to the Production Services Manager, this position is responsible for entering production, feed and marketing data and supplying units and managers with required reports.
General Responsibilities
Enter corrected pig production data from farms, timely and accurately
Enter feed data for active groups, timely and accurately
Work with and back up the Prod. Services Tech-Pig Flow and Marketing
Preparing Internal and Marketing schedules, updating Pig Flow spreadsheets
Working with Production Managers and the processing plant in Red Deer
Other assignments as per Production Services Manager
Education/Experience Required
Office Education Certificate or equivalent experience
Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and internet
Experience or knowledge in the pig industry, animal flow or willingness to learn
Self motivated, organized and detailed oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to analyze and record numerical data
