We are looking for Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team.
Duties:
- Supervise sales employee by assigning responsibilities, delegating work,
scheduling, and Training staff
- Responsible for hiring staff.
- Responsible for maintaining sales record and documentation.
- Complete necessary documentation, obtain necessary approvals
surrounding employee movement, compensation changes, and also
timekeeping
- Work with team to creat an environment to build customer base and develop
business value in community.
- Inventory management.
- Provide effective feedback to staff, address customer comments and
complaints.
- Indicate specific performance areas of improvement
- Participate in projects or initiatives to promote the overall support of the
business
