Description

Barber Motors is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team! Applicants must be team oriented, reliable and highly motivated to provide the best customer service. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and excel at working with a large customer focused team. All candidates must have a valid driver's license, a positive attitude and be available to work some weekends.

Duties include but are not limited to:
-Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Scheduling customer appointments
-Communicating customers needs effectively with technicians
-Following up with customers
-Answering online inquires and incoming phone calls
-Making outbound calls for maintenance and service appointments

Qualifications:
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Must have good customer service skills
-Basic computer knowledge
-Must work well in a fast paced environment
-Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset but is not necessary, we are willing to train the right applicant
-Must be organized

Education
-Grade 12 or equivalent
