Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic and positive role model to help motivate, support and build trusting relationships with the youth
Duties Include:
- planning activities with the Coordinator and deliverance of those activities
- supervise the youth involved in the activities
- provide mentoring for the clientele, referring them to other agencies as required
- case management and detailed notes on youth interaction
- arrange transportation, when required, for youth that are partaking in activities
- attend meetings as requested by the Coordinator for direct input
- Workshops, activities and events and events will be documented and evaluations utilized for helpful feedback on planning future activities
- Engage in community sports and recreation
- Commitment to build supportive relationships with the youth
- family support via network and partnerships within the community
