Riverside Dodge is accepting applications to join our service team as an entry level Service Advisor. Candidate will work one on one with the Service Manager during the training period.

Automotive experience is not a requirement but a willingness to learn is.

The ideal candidate MUST:
-possess excellent communication skills
-have a desire to learn & grow both personally & professionally
-work well in a fast paced environment
-have intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
-interacting with customers both in person and over the phone
-preparing & presenting estimates for vehicle repairs & service
-using a variety of technology such as a desktop computer and a tablet
-keeping an organized & clean department
-interacting and working as a team with other departments in the dealership
-taking provided on-going training
