Riverside Dodge is accepting applications to join our service team as a appointment coordinator. Candidate will work one on one with the Service Manager during the training period.

Automotive experience is not a requirement but a willingness to learn is.

The ideal candidate MUST:
-possess excellent communication skills
-have a desire to learn & grow both personally & professionally
-work well in a fast paced environment
-have intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
-interacting with customers over the phone
-using a variety of technology such as a desktop computer and a tablet
-data entry into Dealer Management System
-keeping an organized & clean department
-interacting and working as a team with other departments in the dealership
-taking provided on-going training
