Water Security Agency is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and professional individual to add to our Human Resources Unit.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, an employee in this job leads, facilitates, develops, analyzes, monitors, and reports on key performance initiatives related to organizational development.
As a member of this team, some of your duties will include partnering with management to build and implement programs for learning and development including identifying desired outcomes, assessing training needs, designing tools and process, selecting external vendors, and participating in program delivery and evaluation.
This position will be responsible to lead organizational development activities, including succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, mentorship, employee recognition and performance management.
The successful candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resources, Adult Education or Organizational Development or similar discipline and 5 years of progressively more responsible directly related experience. CPHR Designation is preferred.
