Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Temporary File Maintenance Clerk (July 26th, 2021  Jan 1st, 2023) at our Home Centre location in Prince Albert, SK.

Reporting to the Home Centre Team Leader, Responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
To maintain master and receiving files for lumber, hardware and flooring departments
To administer start and end of day procedures and maintain customer and vendor files for the department
Maintain maintenance of hardware equipment and software programs
Maintain inventory control including asset protection, ordering, receiving and price changes
Other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Administration:
You have your grade 12 or equivalent experience; Office administration and construction knowledge would be considered an asset
Youre well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
Youre attentive to detail and have experience with back office programs
You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
You have a flexible work schedule
