Skills and Responsibilities of an
Assistant Sales / Pre-owned inventory Manager

Manage used car inventory

Use the appropriate tools to create pricing strategy to sell
Make sure the used car inventory is merchandised well on-line, by writing compelling descriptions, ensure esthetic pictures are taken and all trims/options are outlined properly.

Assist in Coaching Product Advisors, Desking  and structuring deals when required

Efficiently work with the Service Department to turn around acquired vehicles for sale. (Be an effective concierge to ALL departments to ensure vehicles are reconditioned properly and in a timely fashion to ensure vehicles are ready for sale)

Make sure the proper paperwork is in each used car file. ( Build a profile, evidence manual and file for each Used vehicle to help build value in selling them.)

Assist the management team in acquiring vehicles from multiple sources, including: auction, street, and appraisal used car inventory

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and energetic

Customer-service oriented

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a member of a team

Exceptional oral and written skills
    
Applicants must possess a valid drivers license.
